La Quinta (Spanish for the fifth) is a resort city in Riverside County, California, specifically in the Coachella Valley between Indian Wells and Indio. The most prominent feature of the La Quinta area is its beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. It's also the home of the world-famous PGA West golf complex. One a warm Sunday morning I drove out from Riverside to photograph this beautiful family. It was a blistering 98 degrees by 9am but we got some great shots of everyone before retreating back inside to the A/C.
